2005 CTU Stream Cleanup - Boulder Creek

WHERE: Boulder Flycaster's Memorial Park - 3 miles up the Boulder Canyon past the tunnel on the left or South side of the road.

In 2004, the Boulder Flycasters removed more than 3,600 gallons of trash and debris from Boulder Canyon. This year, we want to re-clean some of the same areas we got to last year to gauge how quickly garbage accumulates, but we will also target some new areas. By keeping track more accurately of what gets cleaned and what does not, we hope to get the entire stretch of Boulder Canyon cleaned over a period of time. This year we will have set clean up beats that we will assign to interested volunteers.

BRING: work gloves, trash pickup tools, sturdy shoes, FRS radios if you own one. Waders if you want to be one of the in-stream cleaners. We will provide trash bags and lunch.
