Parachute Post: Whiting Farms Chic-a-Bou
Hackle: Whiting Farm neck - Cree or Grizzly
Instructions:
- Create a thread body then tie in ribbing
- Tie in the post material
- Wrap ribbing up to post then tie in wing - see at right
- Tie in hackle & wrap clockwise around the post several times -
make the first wrap under the wing
- Tie off and whip finish
