The Rocky Mountain Angling Club offers its members exclusive access to quality catch and release fly fishing by way of arrangements with private property owners throughout the Rocky Mountains. Members enjoy access to over 50 premier fly fishing properties in Colorado, Wyoming, New Mexico, and Montana. The Clear Creek Ranch contains 1/2 mile of the 30 foot wide Clear Creek, which can usually be fished year-round. It has been well managed by the owners and contains good populations of rainbows and browns averaging 10-14 inches, with a few rainbows approaching 20 inches.

This beautiful 5-acre lake is perfect for belly boating for rainbows, browns, and brook trout. It has been reported that some of the browns are very large. The lake ranges from 15 feet deep to nice, shallow flats for feeding trout.
